Wake up and repeat

Waking up doing my daily routine

Instead of going to school and doing my work at a desk

I’m doing it at home on a computer screen.

As the day goes by and I finish my tasks

I leave my house to meet up with my friends and make sure to not forget my mask.

We hang out and then go back home

Not spending much time in person so we all chat on the phone.

I would have just stayed home and quarantined

But seeing the same walls 24/7 would have made me scream

As it gets late I go to sleep, wake up and repeat my daily covid-19 pandemic routine.
